I’m Daniel Raphael, founder of Daniel Raphael Consulting, and I’ve been helping charities make sense of their data since 2011. Having worked on both sides of the fence – both as a Director of Fundraising and as an independent consultant – I understand that data is king and a CRM should make life easier, not leave you reaching for the headache tablets! I specialise in helping charities get the most out of their fundraising databases, offering everything from CRM implementation, data migration and cleansing to system audits, bespoke training, consultancy and ongoing support. My aim is to help organisations streamline processes, improve data quality, stay GDPR compliant and, most importantly, build stronger relationships with their supporters.
